We collect the email address and display name you provide when creating an account. We also collect the content you submit — reviews and event listings — and standard server logs including IP address and browser type.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Nyuchi Barstool service
• Display your reviews and contributions against your display name
• Send transactional emails (e.g. password reset)
• Detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted within the European Union.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@nyuchi.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
