By using Nyuchi Barstool (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post false, defamatory or misleading reviews
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users or venue owners
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post content that is illegal under Zimbabwean law

You retain ownership of the reviews and content you submit. By posting, you grant Nyuchi Web Services a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Venue data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and community contributions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness of venue information. Always verify details directly with the venue before visiting.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nyuchi Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
